What AI cannot give you
Language, protocols, information. AI can do all of that. Touch, shared breath, a nervous system next to yours: it cannot.

You can ask a machine anything. It will answer. It will summarise your patterns, name your attachment style, list the practices that regulate the vagus nerve. Some of it will be accurate. Some of it will help.
Then you close the app and your chest is still tight.
That is the part no model can touch.
The body needs another body
Human beings are not solo systems. We are built to regulate through contact. A held gaze. A voice pitched low. A hand that stays. Skin against skin. Weight on the sternum. Breath that slows next to yours until your own breath remembers how.
This is not sentiment. It is biology. The ventral vagal branch of the parasympathetic system reads cues from other faces, other voices, other bodies. It cannot read them from a screen.
What information cannot do
You can know exactly what is wrong. You can name it. You can map it. And the pattern can still run your life.
Insight is not repair. Repair happens in the body, and it happens with another body in the room.
Why the work has to be embodied
In a session, someone places a hand on your chest. They breathe with you. They stay when the wave rises. You do not have to hold yourself together, because someone else is holding the field.
That is what an app cannot do. That is what a chatbot cannot do. That is what a protocol on your phone cannot do.
The body knows the difference between being informed and being met.
The one thing that stays yours
Use the tools. Use the apps. Use the language. They are useful.
And know where the line is. The deeper work asks for a room, a body, and hands.
