Nina and Mariano
Nina
Founder and lead somatic therapist
17 years of clinical practice across Germany, Asia, Europe, and internationally. She leads the breath retraining and repatterning, somatic bodywork, IFS parts work, and lineage work. She also sings, her voice woven into every live session as medicine, a human dimension within the sound that reaches differently than any instrument.
Mariano
Specialist in somatic astrology, sound and movement
His live sound is not a playlist. He reads the room in real time and plays to what he feels, choosing each instrument and frequency to meet what is present. He also holds somatic movement, yoga, somatic bodywork, decoding your unique nervous system architecture, spirituality and philosophy, and psychological evolutionary astrology.
What happens in a session
Before the client arrives
A Cocoon Method session begins before anyone walks through the door. The facilitator has already read the person, their intake form, their birth chart, the architecture of their nervous system that astrology makes visible before a single word is spoken. A practitioner trained in The Cocoon Method arrives at a session with a hypothesis already formed, not a protocol to execute.
The assessment and the Decision Tree
The first minutes of a session are a calibration. The facilitator reads who is actually in the room. Body language. Breath pattern. The quality of their story and what the nervous system underneath the story is actually doing. The Decision Tree is the clinical framework that determines what this person actually needs right now. Sometimes IFS first. Sometimes somatic bodywork before breath. Sometimes silence and tracking. This is what separates following a person from following a plan.
The breath, the sound, the touch
When breath comes, it comes as a gateway. Therapeutic breath retraining that works with the nervous system's own intelligence. The sound is live. Mariano reads the room in real time. Nina sings alongside. The touch is precise and trauma-informed. One facilitator for every five people. Each individual meets themselves as deep as they are able or aligned for that specific day. No pressure. Only support to meet them where they are.
For groups
Group facilitation is a different skill from 1-on-1 work. Reading a room simultaneously, tracking where the collective nervous system is, when to bring the sound forward and when to hold still, is learned separately. The Group Facilitation Workshop exists precisely for this.

The Organiser

You have built something. A retreat, a venue, a festival, a studio. You have the space and the people. You know how to create an experience and you know what your community is ready for. You want to bring The Cocoon Method in. Not to become a practitioner. To offer your people something that lands in the body and stays with them long after they leave.
You bring us in as a service.
Your event. Your revenue.
You pay us a fee to design and deliver. We come fully equipped and hold the experience completely. For retreat leaders, hotels, wellness venues, and festivals who want to offer something that stays with people.
We build it together.
Shared revenue. No upfront cost.
You have the space and the audience. We bring the team and the depth. The revenue is shared. Neither side pays the other upfront. For yoga studios and retreat spaces who want to co-create inside their venue.

Every experience is designed around your audience, your space, and what they are ready for. We come to you fully equipped, cocoons, live instruments, 17 years of depth. Everything agreed in writing before anything is confirmed.

The Practitioner Track
For practitioners, therapists, coaches, and serious seekers who want to train, refer, and build their own Cocoon community.
You already do this work. You hold space, you guide people, you care deeply about what happens in the room. But there is a ceiling in what you can offer when the methodology underneath you has gaps. The Cocoon Method gives practitioners both: a methodology complete enough to take people further than they have ever gone, and a clear income structure at every level of commitment.
What practitioners say most often is not about the technique they learned. It is about what shifted in them. The depth they were able to witness in their clients afterward. Not just a new credential. A new level of what is possible in the room.
Level 1
Graduate
After completing the Basic Training
You have done your own depth first. You can hold space for others in 1-on-1 sessions. You refer people into trainings and earn from every person you bring in. This is where everything begins.
Each person you refer into a training earns you €185. Every person who joins the same cohort as you reduces your own training investment. This is built into the structure from the start.
Level 2
Ambassador
Training + 20 sessions + Group Facilitation Workshop
You run your own Cocoon Method circles. You use the name and the brand publicly. You build your own local community, set your own pricing, keep your own income.
The Cocoon Method supports you, refers to you globally, and lists you on the worldwide directory. When you organise a local event, finding the space, doing the marketing, filling the room, you earn for that work too. Two income streams running alongside each other. Both yours.
Level 3
Regional Leader
By invitation. Based on alignment and values.
You represent The Cocoon Method in your city or region. Fully. This is not just about completing a pathway. It is about who you are, how you show up publicly, whether your aesthetics and values are genuinely aligned with what The Cocoon Method stands for.
Nina assesses this personally, not as a gatekeeping exercise, but as a responsibility she takes seriously. Regional Leaders carry her name and her work into places she is not physically present. They become part of the team, with access to the full platform and the option to host their own courses within the Cocoon Method world.

Path 03
The Graduate Who Organises
For graduates, ambassadors, and city leaders ready to build events, trainings, and earn from that work.
You have done the training. You have the skill to hold space. And you have something else: the ability to bring people in. To build visibility, fill a room, make something happen in your city. That skill is as valuable to The Cocoon Method as the clinical one. And it is rewarded accordingly.
All earnings are calculated after costs: Nina and Mariano's travel and accommodation, the venue, and any other event costs. What is split is the net.
Students only
You bring participants. Marketing is included, this is the minimum.

Marketing is not optional
If you want to bring students, you market the training. There is no other way. Marketing is the baseline requirement for every level below, not a separate tier, not extra credit. It is simply how people find out the training exists. The minimum is: daily stories on Instagram and Facebook in the weeks leading up to the training. Regular posts across all your social media. Physical posters printed and placed in relevant spaces in your city. Active promotion in Facebook groups, wellness, yoga, therapy, coaching, personal development. Direct outreach to your community, past clients, students, colleagues, anyone who might be ready. Email to your list if you have one. Word of mouth, personal messages, genuine conversations.
Finding a venue
Space minimum 80sqm of open floor. Wooden or sprung floor. Windows that can be blacked out. Room for live music at moderate volume. Consistently warm (22-26 degrees). Breakout space for integration. Accommodation for Nina and Mariano either on site or nearby. Kitchen access. Send photos and floor plan before confirming, we confirm suitability within 5 days. Do not confirm a venue without our written approval.
Co-facilitation
You must have completed Basic Training before co-facilitating. You provide bodywork support during breath sessions. You hold space in the integration phase. You help track the room during group sessions and flag to Nina if someone needs individual attention. You follow Nina's lead at all times.
The Team
Building Something Global
The Cocoon Method is built to grow globally. Nina holds the method. Mariano holds the sound and the soul. But the infrastructure needed to take this work to the world requires a team of people who believe in what this is, bring real skills, and earn from what they build. These are the roles we are looking to fill. Compensation is agreed individually based on contribution, skill, and alignment.
Global Partnerships Director
Actively connecting with retreat centres, wellness hotels, festival organisers, yoga studios, and wellness agencies worldwide. Building relationships before they become bookings. Someone who understands the wellness industry and knows how to position The Cocoon Method inside it.
Earns through: Commission on partnerships and events they bring in.
Community and Social Media Lead
Managing and growing The Cocoon Method presence in Facebook groups, Instagram communities, and online wellness spaces. Not just posting, genuinely connecting and building community around the work.
Earns through: Revenue share or retainer based on results.
Business Operations Lead
Systems, processes, admin, team coordination, contracts, scheduling, follow-through. Someone with a business mind who can hold the operational side so Nina and Mariano can focus on the work.
Earns through: Salary or revenue share based on scope.
Content and Brand Voice Lead
Website copy, email sequences, social captions, newsletters, video scripts. Someone who understands the brand voice deeply and produces content consistently with precision and warmth.
Earns through: Retainer or project-based.
Student and Graduate Support Lead
Holds the community of graduates and practitioners after training. Check-ins, integration support, group calls, connecting people. Someone who has done the training themselves.
Earns through: Retainer or revenue share from graduate programme.
Tech and Platform Lead
Owns the website, online course platform, booking systems, and all technology. Sets up automations, maintains the student portal, improves user experience.
Earns through: Retainer or project-based.
