Cocoon was not built in a classroom. It was built in thousands of hours of sessions, in the rooms we held, in our own healing, and in the quiet places where breath, body, and soul finally meet.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK FACILITATOR, IFS PRACTITIONER
Nina has been in clinical practice for 17 years, working across Germany, Asia, Europe, and internationally. She developed The Cocoon Method from the inside out, through her own healing, her clinical training, and thousands of hours with people in their most tender moments.
The body always knows. My job is to help people slow down enough to hear it.
She leads the breath retraining and repatterning, the somatic bodywork, IFS parts work, and lineage work. She also sings, her voice woven into every live session as medicine, a human dimension within the sound that reaches differently than any instrument. She teaches all of this herself, in every training, without substitutes.
Originally from Germany, Nina has been based in Asia for several years, where she practices, teaches, and raises her two children. She is as much a student of this work as she is a teacher of it.

Mariano brings the cosmic map into the somatic work. He reads a birth chart not as a forecast but as a nervous system blueprint, showing how planetary placements show up in the body, the patterns, and the healing path.

His live sound is not a playlist. He reads the room in real time and plays to what he feels, choosing each instrument and frequency to meet what is present. He also holds somatic movement, yoga, somatic bodywork, decoding your unique nervous system architecture, spirituality and philosophy, and psychological evolutionary astrology. Creator of the Somatic Moon course.
Mariano is based in Asia. He believes astrology is most useful when it lands in the body, not just the mind.
